Morning:
Arms & Shoulders

I did the Arms & Shoulder workout with bands today. I figured that the bands wouldn't give me as good of a workout, but they did a pretty decent job.

I completed the whole ab ripper workout today. It got a little ugly near the end, but I did it.

Evening:
Ran 5K on treadmill, biked almost 16 miles.

My legs and abs are pretty sore right now, but it feels great. So far this first week has been a great start. I just need to keep up the hard work. 

I've been weighing myself a little bit here at the hotel and it seems like I've been gaining weight, which is really weird. I've been eating much better and a lot less than usual, however, I have been on a creatine load cycle, co I wonder if the weight gain is because my muscle cells are expanding due to the creatine. I just hope that the creatine, and protein increase results in more muscle mass and that my metabolism increases so I can burn off some of the excess fat. That's the goal at least.
