OK, it seems like every time I teach a Reporting Services class someone asks me how to migrate from crystal to Sql Server Reporting Services. Since I don't regularly run into this issue I am always having to look up resources, so I think it's time to just post some resources to my blog. As I find other resources I'll add them here as well.

Here is what I have so far...

Conversion Services:
- RptToRdl at http://www.rpttordl.com/ - $25 -$149 per report
$25 for JumpStart - this will begin the format changes but requires manual chages by you to convert the connection string.
$149 for complete conversion of the report.

- DataReference at http://www.datareference.com - $20 per report
I could not find a price per report on their site, but I saw a forum where they said $20 per report (http://codebetter.com/blogs/brendan.tompkins/archive/2004/02/13/7181.aspx). They also say that you should send them your "ugliest" crystal report and they will convert it for free.
I am a little leary of this site since any time you click on a link it takes you away from the root domain name (www.datareference.com) and takes you to an ip address instead.

Conversion Tools:
- Crystal Converter 2.0 foud at http://www.ktlsolutions.com/t-crystalconverter.aspx
